Start with the table
See free and running tables, open a bill, add dishes and keep the order together through payment and settlement.
Revmax point of sale
Seamless billing, QR code ordering, KOT, inventory tracking, GST reports and staff management — a table-first POS for restaurants, cafés, resorts and hotel outlets.
The everyday essentials
A clear path from taking an order to closing a bill, with the tools your team needs along the way.
See free and running tables, open a bill, add dishes and keep the order together through payment and settlement.
Group dishes into categories, manage prices and mark items as sold out so the counter knows what is available.
Print KOT kitchen tickets and bills in 58 mm or 80 mm thermal formats. Reprint a bill from its history when needed.
Configure your outlet’s UPI ID and enable QR codes on bills. Record payments at the counter; a QR code is not an automatic payment confirmation.
QR table ordering
Let guests browse the menu and send an order from a table QR code. Your counter reviews it before accepting it into a bill.
Requires internet on the guest’s device and the counter, in every edition.
A table-specific QR opens the guest ordering page.
Guests select dishes and submit their order for the counter to review.
Accept or reject the request. Accepted orders become table bills; on Windows, the bill is created locally.
Revmax in practice
The floor is only part of the picture. Keep staff access, ingredients and end-of-day records in view.
Give admins, billers and waiters their own sign-ins and role-based access, with permissions tailored to each person.
Link menu items to ingredient recipes. Billed items deduct recipe quantities from stock; voids and cancellations restore them.
Review sales and payment reports alongside the bill register to understand the day’s service.
Export a selected period to Excel, including the invoice register and GST summaries for your accounts workflow.
Choose how you work
Choose around your counter’s connection and where your records need to live. Local billing and cloud sync are not the same thing.
Work in your browser with your POS data held in the cloud. An online counter for teams with a reliable connection.
Bill on a local Windows terminal and sync with the cloud when connected. Keep working through connection gaps within your licensed offline window.
Run the counter locally on Windows. Bills and stock stay on that machine, without cloud bill sync or browser access to the counter.
Pricing
One person taking bills in the browser or on a phone — the counter lives in the cloud.
A small team on one counter, on the till or in the cloud, with the Windows app when you want it.
A full floor — five people passing one counter from order to cash.
Every rate is monthly, for one property. Any plan can start on a free trial of one, two or three months — talk to us and we switch it on before you pay anything.
Questions
How printing, offline billing, QR orders and GST reports behave in a real service.
The Offline edition bills locally on Windows and keeps bills and stock on that machine. Hybrid bills locally and syncs when online. Initial sign-in, licence checks and guest QR ordering still need internet.
Bills and kitchen tickets print at 58 mm or 80 mm. The Windows editions print to the printer installed on that machine; the web edition uses the browser's print dialog.
A guest scans the table QR, picks dishes and submits the order. It waits for the counter to accept or reject it, and accepted orders become table bills; on Windows the bill is created locally.
Bills carry the outlet's GST details, and a GST Excel export covers the period you choose, alongside sales, payment and bill-register reports.
Dishes linked to ingredient recipes deduct stock when billed and restore it when a bill is voided, so the day's stock reflects what was actually sold.
